Rollins Court, our first Pocket Neighborhood, is nearing completion in Concord, NH.

Rollins court is a pocket neighborhood consisting of eight dwelling units built around a central communal courtyard, nature walk, public gardens, and community gathering spaces. Almost ready for occupancy!

Working with developer Jon Chorlian, John Jordan designed these high-end condos in the challenging space created by the deconsecrated Sacred Heart church. The stunning results of this adaptive re-use won a 2018 Preservation Achievement Award from the NH Preservation Alliance.
